  • Graham Lyon
    Graham has over 30 years broad international experience in the petroleum industry at senior technical and executive levels in substantial businesses such as Petro-Canada, Shell and the E.On group of companies. After qualifying in Petroleum Engineer at London's Imperial College he undertook a wide range of technical roles including appraisal, drilling, reservoir engineering, development, production and asset management. Thereafter he moved into Company Leadership, combining General Management, Strategy and Commercial roles with his proven technical skills. Graham has held positions as Chairman, CEO, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director and Advisor in both public, private and state owned entities. He is Director of industry consultants Soncer Ltd, and nowadays enjoys creating and developing sustainable and viable International Oil and Gas companies through business development and mentoring individuals and teams. Graham couples his strong technical background with entrepreneurial flair in an international setting and is a keen supporter to young businesses within and without the energy sector.
  • Ludivine Wouters
    Managing Partner, Latitude Five
    Ludivine is a governance and policy consultant with expertise in strategy, transaction management, regulatory, government relations and permitting. Since 2007, Ludivine has assisted countless natural resources companies and investors in emerging markets, and worked on technical assistance programmes for African States. She is co-founder and managing partner of Latitude Five, an investment and advisory firm focusing on real estate, infrastructure, mining and/or private equity in Africa. Ludivine has previous experience in political risk insurance within a Lloyd's insurance syndicate, and significant legal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets with leading international firms in Paris; she also worked for an emerging markets investment bank in London, focusing on metals and mining clients, particularly African juniors. Ludivine is committed to change and market leadership in natural resources, participating in policy initiatives and regulatory reform across a variety of African market, and as a Director of Women in Mining (UK) from 2009 to 2012 and of International Women in Mining since March 2020. In 2013, she was nominated by her peers to be one of 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.

    Sim is a successful Indian entrepreneur, politician and spiritual leader. Sim founded and runs an Ayurvedic Beauty Products brand Divine Love. All Divine Love products are made as per ancient Ayurvedic formulations, using the finest premium botanical ingredients, giving one a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure. An interest in politics, took Sim into the political field. Having contested two Parliamentary elections in India - one as an independent, the other with a party - he has first hand experience of the political game.
